场地
所有主题演讲、分场报告均在新达新加坡国际会展中心进行。请参阅会刊上的地图了解场地的位置。由于座位有限,提醒与会者在每场报告开始前5分钟到达。如果座位已满,可前往其他演示厅。

分场报告者须知

1. 请提前10分钟抵达报告地点进行准备,并将报告的电子简报 (PPT) 上载至电脑桌面,以便会议结束后,该场的工作人员可以下载存档。

2. 简报 (PPT) 和微软文档 (Word) 请以Microsoft 2003、2007、2010、2013、2017版本存档 ,所有录像 (Video) 请以avi、mpg、wmv版本存档,并且可以在Windows Media Player上播放。若是Mac版本的文档,也必须能以Windows 操作系统开启。

3. 建议报告者有额外的后备档 (如存于电子邮箱、cloud等) 。

4. 每篇摘要的发言时间为15分钟。

第1次铃声即还剩下3分钟。
第2次铃声即还剩下1分钟。
第3次长铃声即时间到,恳请马上结束发言。
所有报告者的问与答时间总共为15分钟。

Notice for Participants

Conference Venue

All keynotes and concurrent sessions are held in the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Participants are reminded to arrive 5 minutes before the start of each session. All seating will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Participants may proceed to other presentation rooms if one is full.

Conference Etiquette

As a courtesy to the presenters and participants, please put electronic devices (mobile phones, etc.) on silent mode during the sessions.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless internet access is available in the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre through [email protected], a public wireless network.

Notice for Concurrent Session Presenters

1. Please arrive at the venue for concurrent sessions 10 minutes in advance for preparation and upload the PPT to the designated desktop allocated for presentation. Subsequently, at the end of the concurrent session, designated staff will download the file for archive.

2. Please use PPT and Microsoft Word (Word) version 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2017. All videos should be archived in avi, mpg, wmv and can be played on Windows Media Player. If you prepare a document by Macbook, please ensure it can also be opened on Windows.

3. Please prepare additional backup files (stored in emails, cloud, etc.).

  • Each abstract is allocated to 15 minutes of presentation time.
  • 3 minutes are left at the first bell ring.
  • 1 minute is left at the second bell ring.
  • Please end the presentation immediately after the third long bell ring.

4. A 15-minute question and answer (Q&A) session will be convened after all presenters have finished their presentation.
